  5. En una sartén a fuego medio saltearemos el pollo.
    Cuando empiece a dorarse, incorporamos el pimiento.
    Saltearemos unos 2 min.
  6. Añadimos los noodles, la salsa de soja, la salsa de ostras, el vino y bajamos el fuego.
    Seguiremos salteando un poco más hasta que se terminen de hacer los fideos.
  7. Añadimos los trozos de tortilla francesa.
