  2. En una paellera o en mi caso, una sartén grande, rehogar con 1Cd aceite la pechuga de pollo. Seguidamente añadir el arroz y dar unas vueltas para que se selle. Y por último incorporar el sofrito, removiendo un minuto para integrarlo.
  3. Añadir el caldo de pollo, mi medida es el doble de la medida de arroz más 2-3 medidas más. Pero no os preocupéis porque podéis ir añadiendo durante la cocción, en caso de que se os quede algo seco.
    Si no tenéis caldo de pollo, usad agua y una pastilla de caldo de pollo o verduras.
    Poned el colorante, la sal y el laurel
  4. Dejar cocer unos 20 min, o hasta que el grano de arroz esté tierno, removiendo de vez en cuando.
  5. Dejar reposar 5 min fuera del fuego tapado con un paño de cocina. Y listo!
