- En la paella con los calamares agregamos el salmon lo salteamos, seguidamente agregamos el caldo de los mejillones y los fideos, dejamos que se hagan. Removemos constantemente y agregamos caldo hasta que comprobamos que estén casi hechos. Las gambas las agregamos y los mejillones una vez hechos los fideos.
- Ya tengo los fideuá, la dejo reposar y al servir se comen con un poco de alioli traducido en castellano Mayonesa con hajo. Es plato es para degustar un domingo con los amigos y un bufn vinillo 🍷
