  2. Limpiar los mejillones y cocerlos al vapor. Reservamos el agua de la cocción para añadirla a la olla donde tenemos las pieles de las gambas. Guardamos unos mejillones para la fideuà y el resto los podemos preparar como aperitivo.
  3. Dejamos hervir el caldo y lo colamos.
  4. En una paella empezamos sofriendo el pimiento rojo a tiras. Cuando esté pochado añadimos los calamares y la sepia troceados. Sazonamos. Cuando hayan perdido el agua añadimos el pescado cortado en trozos. Sazonamos.
  5. Cuando tengamos el pescado medio hecho añadimos el ajo picado y las gambas. Damos unas vueltas y añadimos el tomate triturado. Sazonar, sofreír y añadir los fideos. Damos unas vueltas.
  6. Sin dejar que se queme agregamos el pimentón y a continuación el caldo. Agregamos los mejillones y dejamos cocer los fideos unos 10/12 minutos.
  7. Servir acompañado de un buen alioli casero.
