  5. En la sartén ponemos un chorro de aceite de oliva y añadimos los fideos para dorarlos un poco con el aceite.
  6. Cuando los fideos estén dorados comenzamos a añadirle el caldo con el pescado poco a poco, para que el fideo se vaya haciendo y que no le quede líquido más bien tiene que quedar meloso.
  7. Hacemos un poco de Ali-oli para mezclarlo con el fideuá y listo!!
