- Vertemos el vino blanco y cocinamos a fuego alto un par de minutos para que se evapore el alcohol. Añadimos los fideos de dejamos que se hagan unos 5 minutos.


- Agregamos el caldo y cocinamos a fuego medio 15-20 minutos, hasta que nuestros fideos estén hechos, removiendo de vez en cuando. Si veis que os está quedando muy seca y aún no están los fideos agregad un poquito más de caldo. Una vez hecha dejamos reposar 5 minutos antes de servir.
