  2. En una sartén ponemos un chorrito de aove, las costillas de cerdo, las salpimentamos al gusto y las marcamos por todos los lados.

  4. Pasado ese tiempo echamos el tomate triturado, dejamos que se vaya el agua del tomate, ponemos el pimentón dulce y removemos para que no se queme y seguidamente el vino blanco.(Esperamos a que se evapore un poquillo el alcohol).
  5. Seguidamente cubrimos con el agua o el caldo de carne las costillas y lo dejamos haciéndose unos 30 minutos aprox, (puede ser algún minuto más, siempre podéis comprobar las costillas).
  6. Pasado los 30 minutos echamos los fideos, el colorante y en unos 7 a 10 minutos aprox. (según la clase de fideos que uséis) estará hecha nuestra rica y deliciosa fideuá de costillas.
