- Ahora echamos 1/2 litro de agua o caldo de pollo y el colorante, removemos un poco y cuando el agua (o caldo) empiece a hervir bajamos a media potencia y vamos dejando que se consuma el agua.
- Si vemos que se está acabando el agua y la fideuá sigue un poco dura le ponemos más agua o caldo y dejamos que vaya cojiendo el punto deseado.
- Antes de que se consuma toda el agua corregirla de sal por si se ha quedado sosa! Jeje
