  4. En una olla picamos muy pequeños el ajito con aceite como dos dedos y refreímos, antes de que se doren echamos las gambas ya peladas y movemos con un poco de sal. Cuando ya empieza a ponerse un poco blanquitas le echamos los langostinos ya pelados, el perejil y los fideuas, pimienta y movemos.
  5. Lo vamos moviendo y echando poco a poco el fumet y dejamos hervir un poco para que coja el sabor más o menos sobre 6 o 7minutos, apagamos y dejamos reposar un poco y listo
