- Cuando lo tengamos todo sofrito, echamos los fideos y le damos unas vueltas para mezclarlo todo bien.
- Echamos agua templada o el caldo de pescado templado. 300 ml por cada 100 gr de fideos. Echamos bien repartido por la sartén el marisco, sal, pimienta y colorante. Dejamos que vaya cociendo a fuego medio para que no se pegue, pero es como la paella, no debe removere una vez que ya está todo en la sartén.
- Si le faltara agua porque no termina de hacerse la pasta, podemos echar un poco más, pero siempre que añadamos agua hay que calentarla un poco. Podemos calentarla en el microondas.
