  1. En una sartén pequeña ponemos 2 dedos de aceite de girasol, limpiamos y abrimos las ñoras y las ponemos en la sartén a fuego lento con cuidado de que no se quemen y cuando estén listas las ponemos en el recipiente para triturar
  2. Limpiamos y troceamos los calamares y hacemos el emperador en tacos, ponemos 4 cucharadas del aceite de las ñoras en la cazuela del fideuá y sellamos el emperador, retiramos y ponemos los calamares hasta que queden tiernos pero que no pierdan el caldo que sueltan
  3. Mientras se hacen los calamares trituramos las ñoras, los ajos pelados y el tomate (podemos añadir un poco de agua para que quede más líquida la salsa)
  4. Se la añadimos a los calamares y cocemos unos minutos para que se haga el tomate y seguidamente añadimos los fideos para freírlos un poco
  5. Ya solo queda añadir el resto de ingredientes y agua y un poco de sal y dejarlo cocer hasta que abran los mejillones y almejas, una vez abiertos podemos terminarla en el fuego o en el horno y probarla de sal ya que el marisco suelta bastante
