  5. Rectificaremos de sal al gusto del cocinero
  6. A continuación añadimos el reservado de verduras y mezclamos todo muy bien y añadimos el caldo de verduras hasta que cubra el guiso e iremos añadiendo más caldo según se vaya secando el guiso.
  7. Lo dejamos reposar unos 3 minutos y listo para servir.
