- 2 L caldo de pescado (yo lo he hecho casero con morralla)

- Colorante alimentario
- 1 Bote pequeño tomate triturado

- Ponemos la paella al fuego con aceite y sal, cuando este caliente freímos las gambas y reservamos para decorar.
- Seguidamente añadimos la sepia cortadita y las gambitas peladas, mientras rallamos la cebolla y cuando estén hechas las gambitas y la sepia, añadimos la cebolla, removemos un poco y echamos los fideos y sofreímos.
- Añadimos el tomate, yo hecho medio bote más o menos y voy mirando por si hace falta un poco más, removemos y añadimos pimentón rojo y el colorante al gusto, removemos todo bien durante 1 minuto y echamos el caldo.

- Lo llevamos a ebullición, comprobamos de sal y dejamos que hierva a fuego fuerte, a mitad cocción, añadimos las gambas que habíamos reservado para decorar y cuando veamos que no queda casi caldito, apagamos y dejamos reposar un par de minutos. Ya tenemos lista nuestra fideuá... a comeeerrrr!😋


- Podéis hacer un buen Ajoaceite o "All y olli" como decimos aquí, para acompañar con los fideos o bien con pan tostadito. Aquí en Castellón es muy típico, si hay fideuá hay ajoaceite y de mortero jejeje😜
