Dejamos reposar para que se ablande la carne. Lo trituramos todo con el resto de ingredientes de la picada en un procesador de alimentos.
  2. Seguimos con el sofrito: pochamos la cebolla, los ajos y los pimientos que habremos cortado a cuadraditos previamente. Cuando esté bien pochado agregamos la sepia que ya la tenemos limpia y cortada, sofreímos 10 min. Agregamos el tomate y pochamos 10 min más.
  3. Agregamos los fideos y mezclamos bien. Que cojan el sabor. Agregamos el caldo he integramos bien todos los ingredientes. Cuando Añadimos el caldo o fumet de pescado estará hirviendo. Dejamos cocer 10 min con la tapa y cuando falten 5 minutos añadimos las gambas por encima, tapamos. Dejaremos reposar con unos trapos por encima de la tapa de la paella.
