  2. Monta yemas y claras con la mitad de azúcar dejándola caer en forma de lluvia.
  3. Integra las claras montadas a las yemas intercalando con harina, de forma envolvente.
  4. Coloca la mezcla en una duya y haz la forma de soletas en una charola con papel estrella. Lleva a hornear por 10 minutos a 180°C o hasta que estén doradas.
  5. Para el jarabe hierve el agua con azúcar por 10 minutos, al final agrega el café soluble en forma de pasta.
  6. Para realizar el pâte a bombe coloca en un coludo el azúcar y agua hasta punto de bola, cuando esté listo, añade la mezcla a las yemas y bate hasta montar.
  7. Después hidrata tu grenetina y lleva al microondas, una vez que esté líquida agregala a la mezcla de yemas.
  8. Acrema tu queso mascarpone con ayuda de una pala, después agrega el pâte a bombe.
  9. Monta la crema lyncott hasta que obtengas picos firmes. Y añade de forma envolvente a la mezcla de queso mascarpone.
  10. Ahora a montar, coloca papel acetato en la parte de abajo de un aro y comienza poniendo una capa de soletas previamente remojadas en el jarabe de café.
  11. Después una capa de crema mascarpone.
  12. Luego una capa de cacao. Repetimos hasta llenar nuestro molde o terminar los productos.
  13. Refrigera por una hora y después desmolda. Y está listo para disfrutar.
