- Empezaremos por preparar el café en un bol hondo, le añadimos el chupito de frangelico (el licor es al gusto) y dejamos enfriar.
- Separamos las claras de las yemas en 2 bols diferentes.
- Batimos las claras por un lado a punto de nieve, de manera que al darle la vuelta al bol no se caiga. Una vez lo tengamos, añadimos medio vaso de azúcar y lo integramos bien con ayuda de la batidora eléctrica.
- Por otro lado batiremos las yemas utilizando la otra mitad del vaso de azúcar hasta que se queden blanquecinas y bien integradas con el azúcar con la ayuda de la batidora eléctrica.
- Añadiremos los dos tarros de mascarpone a las yemas ya batidas e integramos bien los dos ingredientes con ayuda de la batidora eléctrica.
- Una vez tengamos todo, añadiremos las claras batidas a las yemas con el queso mascarpone con cuidado para que no se baje e integramos con una espátula realizando movimientos envolventes y suaves.
- Por otro lado en una fuente vamos colocando una capa de los bizcochos mojados en café, (si son los de soletilla, con que estén un poquito mojadas vale, si son de los duros empapar hasta que estén bien mojados). Si están muy empapados escurrimos un poquito para que no deje el fondo encharcado.
- Encima de esa capa de bizcocho ponemos la capa de la crema que hemos hecho anteriormente, aproximadamente la mitad y volvemos a poner encima otra capa de bizcocho.
- Terminamos con el resto de la crema y espolvoreamos con cacao amargo en polvo o ColaCao que también valdria por encima de toda la bandeja. A mí me gusta espolvorear cacao en todas las capas que haga.
- Dejamos enfriar más o menos 12 horas y al ataque !!
