- Debemos hervir el azúcar con el agua y agregarlo a las yemas batidas haciendo un pāte á bombe, añadir el vino.


- Derretir la grenetina a baño María o en un microondas e incorporarla a la mezcla



- Una vez mezclado todo se integra al queso crema, este debe estar a temperatura ambiente



- Por último se monta la crema lyncott y se añade a la mezcla. Reservar.



- Para el ensamblado se deben mojar las soletas en el jarabe



- Hacer una capa con la mezcla de queso y espolvoreando cocoa también se puede poner chocolate semi amargo rallado


- Repetir este paso y refrigerar unos minutos
