  4. El último paso es llevarlo al refrigerador (NO ponerlo en la parte del congelador) por lo menos 6-8 horas, para que al momento de partirlo no se deshaga. Con 12 horas queda muy bien. Si lo sirves puedes mantenerlo unas horas fuera pero lo ideal es siempre que mantenga una refrigeración.
