- Montamos las claras y reservamos. En un bol echamos las yemas junto al azúcar y removemos, despuès añadimos el queso y por último las claras con movimientos envolventes.



- Preparamos el recipiente que vayamos a utilizar para el tiramisú y vamos mojando los bizcochitos en el café (si mojais mucho se os pueden romper y se notarà demasiado el sabor a café, yo hago vuelta y vuelta) Y vamos poniendo nuestra base, a continuación echamos una capa de nuestra mezcla, despuès otra capa de bizcochitos y así hasta terminar la mezcla, metemos al frigo unas horas y cuando vayamos a servirlo espolvoreamos con ayuda de un colador cacao en polvo por encima y listo.


- Normalmente se hace con bizcochitos soletillas pero en esta ocasiòn he utilizado unos bocaditos que son bizcochos un poco más gruesos y ha quedado muy rica también.
