- 400 grs queso crema
- 250 grs crema de leche
- 200 grs azúcar
- 30 cc agua
- 24 vainillas
- 1 cucharada grande café instantáneo
- 150 cc agua

- Batir la crema de leche a medio punto y reservar

- A baño María batimos las yemas con los 30 cc de agua y los 200 gr de azúcar. Durante cinco minutos aproximadamente



- Retiramos del baño María y batimos con batidora eléctrica hasta que queda a temperatura ambiente


- Preparamos un almíbar con 150 cc de agua y 150 gr de azúcar. Disuelvo el café en un poquito de agua y luego agregó al almíbar. Con este café luego vamos a humedecer apenas las vainillas



- Cuando esta frío el batido de las yemas, agregamos el queso de a poco (lo mejor es el mascarpone, pero como nunca lo consigo, lo reemplazo por un queso crema, untable, de los comunes). Y luego agregó la crema batida. Queda una mezcla súper suave.


- Procedemos al armado, vainillas húmedas (no las sumerjan en el almíbar porque sale muy húmedo y da mal aspecto). Luego una capa de la preparación, otra de vainillas y por último lo que resta de la preparación. Utilice más o menos 24 vainillas y salió una fuente súper grande. Heladera por varias horas. Espolvoreamos con chocolate antes de servir
