- Mojamos los palitos en la mezcla de café y licor. Empapamos bien hasta que absorban un poco y se reblandezcan. Cuidado a que no absorban demasiado. Es normal que sigan un poco duros, luego con la mezcla del mascarpone y el reposo se ponen blandos.
- Preparamos 4 vasos o un recipiente para construir el tiramisú: una capa de mascarpone, otra de bizcocho (si es en vaso, a trozos), otra de mascarpone y así hasta casi cubrir todo el recipiente.
A veces también mezclo un poco de nata en spray (para no tener que estar batiendo yemas) en una capa, pero es opcional (y no sé muy bien si esa nata es apta para embarazadas). - Espolvorear con cacao y dejar en la nevera cubierto con papel film de plástico una horas (3-4h) para que se enfríe y se solidifique bien. También se puede comer al momento pero no es lo mismo, ya que el bizcocho aún seguirá duro y la mezcla tibia.
