  3. Almibar de mojito: Ponemos en un cazo el agua, el azucar moreno, el ron, la cascara del limon y la rama de menta. Calentamos a fuego lento hasta que se diluya el azúcar y apagamos el fuego. Tapamos y dejamos infusionar 10 min.
  4. Lo podemos montar en vasitos individuales o en una fuente... Yo utilizo este tipo de bizcochos, llevan mucho azúcar también así que se puede disminuir la cantidad de azúcar en el almíbar si te va a resultar demasiado dulce, pero es la gracia ya que el mojito es súper dulce.
  5. Mojamos los bizcochos en el almibar (hasta que queden bien blanditos) escurrimos un poco y colocamos como base en el vaso, echamos una capa de unos 1cm de crema mascarpone, otra de bizcocho y otra mas de crema. Decorar al gusto.
  6. NOTA: Es mejor hacerlo de un día para otro, así conseguimos la textura perfecta. Servir muy frío, si puedes mètelo en el congelador 5 minutos antes de servirlo.
