- Mezclá el queso con el jugo y la ralladura de limón, yo usé lima y le agregué un shot de lemoncello 😋. Mezclás todo muy bien y le agregás la gelatina diluida en un chorlito de agua hirviendo. Mezclá, mezclá, mezclá...hasta que tengás todo bien integrado.
- Ponéle una capa de la crema de queso sobre las vainillas. Otra capa de vainillas humedecidas en el café, espolvoreá con café instantáneo apenas un touch y mermelada, y terminá con el resto de crema de queso.
- Decoración: le espolvoreé café instantáneo, cacao, una pincelada de mermelada y nueces molidas. Lleválo a la heladera para que cuaje la crema.
- La idea es hacer algo dulce con lo que hay en casa. Tampoco la pasión. Esta noche les cuento el resultado. No le saqué fotos al paso a paso porque es mooooy básico....pero quería compartirlo con ustedes.
