- 28 unidades vainillas
- 6 yemas

- Licor de café
- 2 cditas gelatina sin sabor
- c/n Chocolate semi amargo

- En un recipiente batir la crema de leche con el queso y medio pote de azúcar, agregar unas gotas de licor y esencia de vainilla si lo desea y reservar.
- Por otro lado, batir las yemas a blanco y mientras, preparar un almíbar con el resto de azúcar, es decir, medio pote de azúcar y misma cantidad de agua, cuando el almíbar este a punto bola blanda, agregar a las yemas y seguir batiendo hasta enfriar.
- Hidratar la gelatina sin sabor con un poco de café(frío).Luego llevar al microondas por unos segundos.Unir las dos preparaciones anteriores y poner unas cucharadas a la gelatina revolver bien y agregar a la crema ya lista, mezclar todo muy bien(la gelatina es opcional)reservar en la heladera.
- Preparar café con un poquito de azúcar y agregarle unas gotas de licor, cuando ya este frío, mojar las vainillas levemente y colocarlas en un molde a modo de base y también en las paredes del recipiente, verter la mitad de la crema y esparcir sobre la superficie, rallar chocolate.
- Repetir este paso pero esta vez solo en la superficie, mojar las vainillas en el café, colocarlas sobre la superficie, rallar chocolate y verter el resto de la crema rallar chocolate sobre la superficie y llevar a la heladera.
- A mi me gusta congelarlo y comerla como una torta helada pero esto depende de cada comensal.Es mejor prepararla de un día para el otro.Simplemente DELICIOSA!!!
