- Cuando realizó esta preparación no me hace falta agregar la gelatina sin sabor siempre y cuando respetando los batidos y que sean bien firmes llegando bien a su punto al que se debe llevar.
- Como último paso, antes de armar en el molde como base empezaremos por las vainillas pasándola por café y poco de licor de café u coñac lo que más les guste y la cantidad que deseen.
- Vainillas remojadas en café, preparación de mascarpone, vainillas remojadas en café y Mascarpone, por encima para terminar se lo espolvorea con cacao, a mi particularmente me gusta como queda con chocolate águila rallado.
- En el caso de que les quede muy líquido porque también depende mucho del queso que usen, la gelatina sin sabor soluciona todo tan solo con 5 gramos de gelatina sin sabor y la activan, una vez que ya estén todos los pasos de la mezcla, es decir que va al final.
