  7. 25 gr. Cacao en polvo sin azúcar. (yo Valor)
  8. 20 gr. chocolate negro postres
  9. Bizcochos de soletilla

  1. Disuelve el café instantáneo en las 2 cucharadas de agua caliente, y deja enfriar.
    Seguidamente, montamos la nata con la mitad del azúcar Glas, 25gr.
  2. Con una batidora de mano mezclamos el resto de azúcar Glas, 25gr. con el queso Mascarpone hasta que se forme una pasta suave.
  3. Agrega el extracto de vainilla, el café diluido y por ultimo añadimos la nata montada poquito a poco con una espátula y movimientos envolventes. para que no pierda volumen la mousse.
  4. En copas o vasitos..(o lo que nos guste), añade una cucharada de esta mezcla, y con la ayuda de un colador espolvorea un poco de cacao en polvo. Repite este proceso formando varias capas hasta llegar al borde del recipiente.
  5. Con un cuchillo corta finos trozos de chocolate, y ponlos en la última capa. También decora con un bizcocho de soletilla. (yo lo he mojado en chocolate negro derretido y le he puesto unos puntitos de chocolate blanco..(.eso al gusto).. Listo....
